My Adirondacks            Historic Adirondack Postcards, Photos and Prints  from the Jon Kopp Collection              HOME

An Adirondack Trip in 1897 - Professor D. R. Campbell, Thomas Wilson, Fred Hodges and Harvey Selden  from Rome and Harold Johnson from Prospect, returned today from a two-weeks' canoe trip in the Adirondack Lake Region.

The photos are from an old scrap book I  purchased during during the summer of 2006. Just page down and enjoy. I tried to put the photos in a chronological order. The Photos begin on the Fulton Chain on the Brown's Tract portage at Eighth Lake and the trip winds up on Round Pond, known today as Middle Saranac Lake.
